It is GRU's policy that NO glass containers and NO dogs will be allowed on the field site.
And when it comes to dogs, we mean none-not in your car, not leashed at the side of the field,
none whatsoever.

Amenities
Showcase game at the fields after the last round Saturday, Rare Air vs. Schwa.
Free pizza and beer will be served at the fields prior to the showcase game starting.
Beer will also be available at the fields Sunday afternoon.
The lounge in the hotel will be offering happy hour drink prices all night Friday and Saturday
A trainer will be at the fields all day both days.
Massage therapists will be working on a per-minute basis both days.
Fruit, water, bagels, donuts, coffee will be available throughout the weekend.
Hotel
The tourney hotel is the Holiday Inn at 7390 W. Hampden Ave. in Lakewood, (888) 737-5253.
It's an 8-10 minute drive from the hotel to the fields. Just mention 'Colorado Cup'
to get the special group rate. The hotel has a lounge which will offer Happy Hour
prices on drinks all night Friday and Saturday, and we encourage people to make use
of it in lieu of a party Saturday evening following the showcase game.

DIA to Hotel:
1) Follow Airport Exit signs to I-70
2) Take I-70 W
3) Exit onto I-25 S
4) Exit onto 6th Ave. W
5) Exit onto Wadsworth Blvd (CO-121) S
6) Go 6 miles, then turn L onto Jefferson
7) Then L onto Vance
Colorado Springs Airport to Hotel:
1) Follow Airport Exit signs to I-25
2) Take I-25 N
3) Exit onto C-470 W (not the tollway)
4) Exit onto Wadsworth Blvd (CO-121) N
5) Go 7 miles, then turn R onto Jefferson
6) Then L onto Vance
Hotel to Fields:
1) Take Vance S., then turn R onto Jefferson
2) Turn L onto Wadsworth/CO 121
3) After 5 miles, turn L onto Ken Caryl Blvd.
4) After 2.3 miles turn L onto S. Polo Ridge Dr.
5) Park and walk to fields
Travelling from out of town?
Fly into DIA or Colorado Springs (DIA is slightly closer, Colorado Springs
is often less expensive).
The finals will be finished by 4:15 on Sunday. It is a 40-minute drive to DIA from the
fields if you take the tollway. This should give you plenty of time to catch a 6:30 PM
flight on Sunday, if your team makes the finals.

The Open division will have 8 teams this year. With the goal of getting as
many quality games as possible for everyone, we will be featuring a round-robin
format for the Open division. 4 rounds on Saturday, 3 rounds on Sunday, and
then a final between the top two finishers in the round-robin.
Saturday:
Round 1 9:30-11:00
Round 2 11:30-1:00 followed by a 1-hour lunch break
Round 3 2:15-3:45
Round 4 4:15-5:45
Sunday:
Round 1 9:00-10:30
Round 2 11:00-12:30
Round 3 12:45-2:15
Finals 2:45-4:15
Schedule (Women)
The Women's division will have 12 teams again this year. There will be two pools of six.
The first 4 rounds of pool play will be on Saturday, the final round will be Sunday morning.
The top four finishers from each pool will move on to the Elimination bracket. The bottom
two will fall into a beer bracket.
Saturday:
Round 1 9:30-10:45
Round 2 11:15-12:30 followed by a 1-hour lunch break
