Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

We reserve the right to withhold a $10 Processing Fee for all cancellation requests.

• Cancellations prior to the Close of Registration will result in 100% refund of all Registration Fees, less the Processing Fee.

• Cancellations occurring within four weeks (28 days) from the Close of Registration will result in a 50% refund of Registration Fees, less the Processing Fee.

• Cancellations after four weeks (28 days) from the Close of Registration will result in NO refund of Registration Fees.

Registration dates can be extended from initial posting, but never shortened. The latest published Close of Reservation date will be honored.
