Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

Requests shall be made to the relevant coordinator of the league or event, so that a replacement can be found, if necessary. If you are playing in a league, please also notify your captain as a courtesy.

We reserve the right to withhold a $10 Processing Fee for any cancellation request.

League Refunds

Requests for a refund must be made within 2 weeks of either the last game played or the scheduled game, whichever occurs later.

Unless otherwise specified, the Close of Registration shall 8 am of the day before the draft (or the day before the first game, in the case of non-draft leagues).

  • Cancellations prior to the Close of Registration will result in 100% refund of all Registration Fees, less the Processing Fee.
  • Cancellations occurring within four weeks (28 days) from the Close of Registration will result in a 50% refund of Registration Fees, less the Processing Fee.
  • Cancellations after four weeks (28 days) from the Close of Registration will result in NO refund of Registration Fees.

Tournament Refunds

  • No refunds will be given to teams who are no-shows on the day of the event.
  • Refunds for teams requesting cancellation prior to the event may be granted at the discretion of the Tournament Director or the Executive Director of GRU.
  • Refunds due to weather cancellations will be made only to the extent that pre-paid costs can be recovered. Such refunds, if any, must be requested within 2 weeks of the cancellation notice.
