The wait list is anonymous to everyone other then the Wait lister and
League Coordinator/COL.
If you make your request via email, please submit to
league@gru.org
When requesting a player from the wait list, you and your team will
receive a player of the same sex at the same level. If there is not a
player on the list at the level of the player you lost, you have the
option of picking up a lower ranked player.
If you choose not to take the available player, then you forfeit
your right for a player.
No team can pick up a player after week 6 of League has been completed.
Once you replace a player on your team, that player is done for the season.
The new player will only be charged for the weeks they play during the season.
Players can join the wait list on a first come first serve basis.
Requests for players from the wait list are handled first come first serve.
Lastly, any or all of the policies about can be overturned on a case by case
basis with approval from all captains in the same division and the league coordinator.
Also, all captains will be updated with any wait list transaction that take place
so everyone is aware.
