GRU Summer League Registration is closed. You may still sign up on the waitlist,
and if you're female there is a good chance that we'll find a spot for you. There is no cost or commitment
to get on the waitlist, so we encourage you to add your name if you want to play. Click

The summer league will offer two divisions: A and B. The A division is for more experienced players.
The B division is ideal for beginners and less-experienced players, or those interested in mentoring
novices by providing supportive instruction and by modeling the Spirit of the Game. The B division
tends to be more social and teams often organize a weekly practice outside of the scheduled games.
This year we are renting our fields from Boulder Valley School District. We are very excited about
renewing our relationship with the school district and we hope that
you'll share our enthusiasm.
The usual GRU rules apply to these fields:
NO dogs, even on leash
NO glass containers, no alcohol
NO public urination
Respect the parking rules
Use common sense and be a good citizen
Violations of these rules may result in a loss of the privilege for GRU to use BVSD fields and/or a
GRU suspension for the offending player.
Here is a link to the map of the field layout: http://zlin.colorado.edu/GRU/Summer2007/fields.platt
The gender ratio for summer league (both A and B divisions) will continue to be 4/3.
We are still using 10th Edition Rules at this time.
Lost and found policy (from L&F volunteer Sanzy Strebel):
Captains check the fields after games for lost articles.
Sandy and the Lost and Found box may not be at the fields for every game,
so if you found or lost something send an email
to lost.found@gru.org or find Sandy
Zeller on the fields. When Sandy brings the box with her to the fields, it will be
at the field with her or by the storage shed.
