Any aspect of this policy can be modified on a case-by-case, as-needed basis by the league coordinator or league committee.

• • The wait list is anonymous.
  • Players join the wait list on a first come, first served basis through registration on the GRU website.
  • Requests for players from the wait list are handled on a first come, first served basis.
  • To replace players, captains must submit player requests to league@gru.org.
  • Wait-listed players will be released to teams in the order they signed up (first come, first served basis).
  • When requesting players from the wait list, the team will receive the next available player of the same sex, regardless of vector.
  • If the wait list is depleted (no players available), captains may independently recruit replacement players. Recruited individuals must register with the league, and final approval is up to the league coordinator.
  • Replaced players cannot return later in the season to play on the team or at the tournament, i.e., injured or “missing” players are out for the season.
  • The replacement player may pay a reduced league fee contingent upon registration date and number of games remaining in the season.
  • League coordinator will update rosters as new players are added.
  • No new players can be added 10 days before the tournament.
