YMCA Ultimate

Now at the Arapahoe YMCA, there will be an Ultimate Frisbee league for ages 18+. Games will be played on Tuesday evenings between 4:30pm-7:30pm beginning June 16th and continuing through July 28th. Games will be played with standard 7v7 rules. Teams will consist of between 8 and 12 players and each team must designate one captain to be responsible for communications between the YMCA and the rest of the team. You may register with a team or as a free agent, in which case you will be placed on a team.

The YMCA Leagues are not affiliated with GRU, however in the interest of facilitating opportunities for people to play ultimate we are sharing this with you.

Pickup

Boulder Area Pickup

Foothills Community Park (aka Violet fields), located in North West Boulder against the foothills off Violet and Broadway.


  • “Summer” (March, after daylight savings starts – October): Tuesday & Thursday – 5:30pm; Note: When GRU Summer League has games on Tuesdays, pickup is on Thursday only.


  • “Winter” (November, after daylight savings ends – March): Sundays – 1:00pm
